Casa Gosia is a lovely fully air-conditioned bungalow in lower Artola available for holiday rentals in summer and medium/short term in winter months. This property has been recently completely renovated and it is now modern and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms: the Master bedroom with en suite shower room and there is a family shower room also. The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, electric hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. From the comfortably furnished lounge, double patio doors open out onto the first terrace where there are sunbeds, chill out corner and outside dining. Children are safe as there is a gate down to the next level where you will find a jacuzzi to relax and cool off in the summer or enjoy a glass of something bubbly in the evening. Some steps will bring you down to the third level where there is a built in barbecue and outside table and chairs.

During cooler evenings, there is a flat screen TV in the living room showing a variety of Spanish and international channels. For a small supplement (on request), we can also provide UK TV channels. Good free Wifi connection is included. There is a private parking space at the front of the house, however a car is not needed to reach the beach as it is only 15 minutes easy walk to Cabopino port and beaches.

There are a variety of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance and also some supermarkets.

Jaipur Indian and Da Bruno Italian restaurants with their beautiful gardens and terraces are just 5 minutes walk.

Cabopino port is a lively spot to catch up with friends in a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

The bus stop for the regular bus service between Fuengirola and Marbella is also just 5 minutes walk. A perfect little house for those who enjoy a beach holiday but like some privacy and quiet too! For golfers this house is also perfect as Cabopino Golf course is close by as well as numerous other courses in Elviria/Marbella and Mijas Costa areas. Our parking space is big enough for an estate car so plenty of space to load up golf clubs and the jacuzzi will help relax those tired muscles after :-) Pets are allowed but the guest must provide details of the animals prior to arrival.
