The holiday apartment Casa Cozy is located in Torrevieja just a short walk from the beach.
The 62 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in all rooms, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV with international channels.
A baby bed is also available. Your private outdoor area includes garden furniture, a covered terrace and a balcony.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open from 10 am until 10 pm), a children's pool, an outdoor shower and a tennis court. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 375m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 524m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 521m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 558m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 375m Playa Torrelamata. Free parking is available on the street and there is a community parking with 12 unassigned slots. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen, towels and a high chair can be provided for an extra fee. A cleaning during the stay and a change of bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee. Tennis court and football court in the compound - keys are in the apartment.
