This luxurious property is air conditioned throughout and has panoramic sea and mountain views.
It is situated on the favoured east side of town and is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach (blue flag) and 20 minute walk to the town centre of Nerja which has a great choice of restaurants and bars, and the famous Balcon de Europa.
The whole villa is decorated to a very high standard and on the lower level is an open-plan lounge/dining area leading to the stunning pool area.
There is a 3-piece suite, dining table and chairs, occasional tables, air-conditioning unit and a 55" TV with English channels including Sky Sports.
There is free fibre optic Wi-Fi access, perfect for those who need to balance work with leisure time, and a home telephone that can be used for making national Spanish calls.
There is a well equipped kitchen with a small table and two chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom on this level has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
There is a separate cloakroom under the stairs.
On the first floor is the family bathroom along with the two other bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool.
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FITTED WARDROBES, AIR-CONDITIONING AND CEILING FANS.
The villa has a three private terraces.
The pool terrace has a very comfortable covered seating area with ample sunbeds and magnificent Mediterranean plants.
If required the private pool can be heated and is available at an additional cost.
The front lower terrace has an outside dining area with a table, 6 chairs and a BBQ.
The front upstairs terrace has sunbeds and a Hot Tub, which is available at an additional cost per week and has expansive views to the mountains and the sea.
The following additional services can be arranged if required:- Airport Transfers available at an additional cost.
Beach/Pool Towels Hire at an additional cost.
Welcome Pack available at an additional cost.
Travel Cot/High Chair hire at an additional cost.
Please note that:- All rentals are for a minimum 7 night period and run from Saturday to Saturday only.
Bookings from people under 18 cannot be accepted .
No Hen or Stag parties accepted.

No smoking inside the house.
BBQ to be left clean on your departure.
Nearby recommendations:- Nerja Caves are well worth a visit and are situated in the nearby village of Maro.

Thw villa was beautifully kept, had everything we needed, was very clean and was in a good location. The views from the Villa were beautiful and although we normally eat out every night when away we decided to stay in a few times and make the most of the view.
I enjoyed everything. The road up to the villa was very steep but not a problem for us.

We stayed in the apartment/house NAME for a week at the end of May. Everything worked perfectly as we had hoped.
There is the opportunity to sit in the shade or in the sun all day long. There is a lovely quiet private courtyard with a swimming pool to one side and an open terrace with a view of the...
Three things that could be improved:
- the awning on the open terrace is very difficult to roll back in. It should be changed.
- the rented beach towels were not of very good quality
