Nestled within a private estate with a swimming pool and just a short walk from the shoreline, this spacious retreat offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. Inside, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms, each featuring high-quality boxspring beds (90 cm x 200 cm). There are two bathrooms and two toilets, ensuring convenience and privacy.
The open-plan kitchen and living area create a bright and welcoming space to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. This modern, step-free apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated, ensuring year-round comfort.
Wi-Fi is available throughout, making it easy to stay connected whether you're working remotely or streaming your favorite shows.
The building also features an elevator, providing easy access for all guests. Most homes are equipped with a Smart TV where you can use your own login details for streaming services.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben top ausgestattet. Wirklich sauber und mit einer guten Ausstattung.Leider war der Pool im Oktober schon geschlossen und das bei 30 Grad

Close to the beach. Plenty of markets, restaurants and services close by
The beach was good, except for the amount of stones.
The swimming pool was not working
