The 75 m² villa is located in Orihuela Costa, a town in the Alicante region in southern Spain.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests.
You will also have Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a washing machine.
Children are welcome, and a crib as well as a high chair are available. Relax in the furnished garden or soak up the sun on the terrace or private solarium.
The outdoor area includes a south-facing pool with shower, grill, table, sun loungers, parasol, and awning.
Pool heating is available for an extra fee. The villa is in a quiet residential area, close to several golf courses such as Las Colinas, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, and Villamartin.
Several beaches, including Campoamor, Cabo Roig, and La Zenia, are just a few minutes’ drive away. A bar-restaurant is 150 meters away, and just a 3-minute drive brings you to La Fuente shopping center with a pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, supermarket, ATM, and hair salon.
La Zenia Boulevard, with over 150 shops and entertainment for children, is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm and only 5 minutes away by car. The activities of Torrevieja and nearby cities like Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Mar Menor, and Cartagena are easily accessible.

Huis met zwembad in rustige straat

Het huis is netjes ingericht, de keuken is wat klein maar alles werkt. Het zwembad kan verwarmd worden (wel extra betalen)
Je ziet dat sommige dingen wel aan vervanging toe zijn (tuinstoelen, kasten die moeilijk open en dicht gaan)
Het huis ligt in een stille urbanisatie (althans in de winter) en de weg eromheen is niet uitnodigend om een stukje te gaan wandelen.

Very welcoming, villa is beautiful and comfortable, very private, very modern. It's really close to most of the golf courses in the area, only downside for us was the location it was too far out to walk to local bars so we had to use taxi's to go out. Property owner very prompt with replies to any ...

Han sido unos días estupendos, la casa es una maravilla, muy bien equipada, la piscina una pasada mi hijo disfruto un monton, la zona cerca de playas y supermercados, la verdad es que nos ha encantado, la comunicación con la propietaria fenomenal, todo genial, para repetir
