The 110 m² villa is located in Orihuela Costa, a town in the Alicante region in southern Spain.
The villa features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 adults and 1 child.
It is fully air-conditioned and also offers Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, a DVD player, and a washing machine.
Children are welcome, and a baby cot as well as a high chair are available. Relax by the pool, in the furnished garden, or soak up the sun on the terraces, both open-air and covered, all for your private use. The private outdoor area includes a pool, garden, outdoor furniture, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Pool heating is available for an extra fee. The villa is in a quiet area with a great climate year-round and is close to golf courses such as Las Colinas, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, and Villamartin.
The town of Torrevieja, with its entertainment options and two saltwater lagoons declared a nature park where flamingos migrate, is just minutes away.
The villa is only 100 m from a bar-restaurant, 600 m from other restaurants, and a 3-minute drive from several bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy.
It is also near the "La Zenia Boulevard" shopping center.
The picturesque Playa de La Glea and other beaches are just a 5-minute (3.2 km) drive from the villa.
Alicante Airport is 47 minutes (70 km) away by car. Free parking is available on the property.

Een mooie villa op een heerlijke plek, rustig maar met de auto ben je binnen 5 minuten bij strand, restaurants, winkels en snelweg.Ook fijn om een verwarmd zwembad te hebben

Just back home after an amazing time in this villa. Rachel and Evette were very helpful and accommodating. The villa was clean, modern and very well equipped. We were impressed by the inclusion of so many kitchen/cooking utensils as well as a secure safe. Nice quiet area. The Palms beach club nearby was great to go to for breakfast or lunch. No negatives at all and can’t wait to go back! Thank you
