Situated in Denia, the holiday home "Jardines de Denia III" is just a short walk from the beach.
The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. The air conditioning is in the bedroom upstairs, living room, dining room, kitchen. In the small bedroom, there is a ceiling fan and another ceiling fan in the dining room.
Your private outdoor area includes 2 large open terraces with sea views where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden and garden furniture, is also available for your use. The terraces are oriented to the North with sea views, therefore in Winter (from mid-October to February), the breeze is fresher and cooler than in the summer months.
