The "5 bedroom Villa private pool and garden" is located in the coastal town of La Zenia and impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach.
The spacious 220 m2 villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 11 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, central oil heating, a TV as well as a DVD player.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The terrace and the garden are both furnished with table and chairs.
Start the day with a delicious breakfast outdoors and spend the afternoon on one of the sun loungers by the pool or visit the beach, which is only a stone's throw away. La piscina tenía un roto en el suelo y en la escalera y era peligroso. Además el suelo de fuera resbala muchísimo y mi madre se cayó el primer día.
Jacqueline fue muy amable. Nos permitió estar más tiempo en la casa.

La casa tenía una piscina muy grande y estaba muy cerca de una playa bastante grande, grande para estar varias personas sin problema.
Es necesaria una actualización y un mantenimiento a fondo, los ventiladores no tienen potencia y algunos están rotos, muchas lámparas sin bombillas, persianas a punto de romperse, una de las tv no funcionaban los mandos y hay que tener mucho cuidado con el suelo de las piscina que es muy resbaladizo...
