The holiday home "Townhouse Almuñecar Old Town" is located in Almuñécar and is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The house is located in the old town of Almuñécar with narrow streets.
There is no road to reach the house.
Footpath 40 m from the car / road. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/toilet.
People who are in the room without bathroom have to enter the other rooms to use the bathroom.
A small kitchen is on the ground floor and a kitchen is on the terrace.
There is also a living room.
It can therefore accommodate 7 people - the perfect place for bringing family and friends together for an unforgettable holiday.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday home also boasts a private covered terrace with sea views where you can chill out in the evening and enjoy homemade meals as the sunsets. Roof terrace with incredible views. All necessary amenities, very friendly, responsive and helpful host.
Although it does have two bathrooms, both are en suite meaning that people staying in the third bedroom had to go through other people's bedrooms to use the toilet at night. Not ideal.

La vue et la proximité des commerces
Pentes des ruelles très importantes, à déconseiller pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Nous avons été envahit par des fourmis, heureusement bonne réaction du propriétaire pour essayer de régler ( en partie) le problème.
