The property features a cozy living room and a recently remodelled, fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and coffee maker, seamlessly connecting to the dining area.
On the upper floor, the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to a large balcony, while two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower.

Outdoor living includes a private pool, a balcony overlooking the Tennis Academy, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ area, perfect for enjoying meals under the sun.
Free street parking is available, and the villa’s south-facing position ensures plenty of sunshine.

We really liked the overall layout of the villa. Very nice spaces and outdoor areas. The photos were accurate. Not very accessible for people with mobility issues, so be aware of that, but otherwise a very nice villa. The folks at the KG property rental office were very nice and helpful, and responded quickly to the numerous maintenance issues we encountered.
The numerous maintenance issues we encountered when we checked in, starting with nonfunctioning heat (it was still winter).
