The villa Jávea Rafalet is located in Jávea and impresses guests with its view of the mountain.
The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, 2 air conditioning units (located in the corridors and with sufficient power for the whole house) as well as a washing machine.
Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property is located close to the beach. 4 parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
The property has step-free access and interior.
Beach/pool towels are provided.
The property has motorbike and bicycle storage.
Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed.

El propietario muy amable y atento. Buena situación de la casa ya que esta muy cerca de las playas de Jávea y de Moraira, así como de muchas calas. Lo mejor de la casa la piscina y la zona exterior donde comíamos.

This was one of the best equipped villas we have ever rented. Outside space was superb, especially for the children. Mountain views and sunsets brilliant. The owners were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

El propietario perfecto, todo atención y preocupación por el bienestar de los inquilinos, la casa casi perfecta, bien equipada,y por poner algún defecto, pues la cocina un poco estrecha.La situación, envidiable, sin vecinos molestos, totalmente discreta y unas buenas vistas.Vamos para repetir.
