The 480m² vacation villa Porta Maris Javea is located in Javea in Spain's Valencia region.
The villa consists of a living room with a decorative fireplace (please do not use), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 8 bedrooms (2 equipped with desks for remote working) as well as 5 bathrooms (2 of them en suite) and can therefore accommodate 16 people.
The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls).
The villa has central heating throughout and there is a gas BBQ and a cinema on the ground floor, as well as a children's playroom, and an 85 inch TV and tower speakers.
Air conditioning is provided in the 5 bedrooms but not the ground floor rooms, which are equipped with fans.
Air conditioning is not available in public spaces.
The villa also has 4 televisions (1 in the cinema, 1 in the lounge, 2 in the bedrooms) and a washing machine is also available.
Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available.
Childcare is available upon request and for a fee (please contact the owner for more information).
Guests can relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun on the two splendid covered terraces of 100m2 each, all for private use and with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea.
The outdoor area also has a private pool and a playground.
The villa is just a 3 to 7 minute (1 to 3.5 km) drive from a restaurant, a bar, a cafe, and a supermarket.
Beautiful Cala Blanca Javea beach is just an 8 minute (3 km) drive from the villa.
Alicante Airport is a 1 hour 16 minute (100 km) drive from the villa.
Parking spaces for 5 cars inside the farm are available on the property as well as on the street.
Pets are not allowed.
