The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The private outdoor area offers an open terrace, perfect for relaxing.

The property is close to the beach, about 300-350 meters from the house, roughly a 5-minute walk. A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also possible.
