The apartment has a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom and Wifi.
A wonderful place to enjoy the beach located one minute walk from the apartment, then take a five minute walk to explore the modernist style of the buildings in the town.
Located 40 minutes drive from the beaches of the Costa Brava and Barcelona city.

Bedroom 2: 2 single bed Bedroom 3: 1 twin bed 1 bathroom.

ENVIRONMENT DESCRIPTION: Very quiet and safe.
There is a restaurant, El Moli, beside the house where you can sample a variety of exquisite tapas and a daily menu with many options at reasonable prices.
There are numerous beach bars which serve both food and drinks while you look out at the sea.
Meanwhile in the town you can dine at a diverse range of high quality restaurants.
The long path the runs for miles along the coastline is perfect for walking or cycling while you listen to the waves.
Additionally you can trek on multiple paths on the wooded mountain behind, starting in the town, and reach the cross at the top for broad views over the sea or even trek all the way to enjoy the landscape and vegetation of the El Montnegre y Corredor national park.
Supermarket: less than ten minutes away by foot.
TRANSPORTS: The apartment is 40km from the centre of Barcelona and Plaza Catalunya in the city is easily reachable by train in 50 minutes.
The marvellous beaches and coves of the Costa Brava are within a 45 minutes drive.
The location is ideal for sightseeing in the city and then escaping the crowds to take advantage of the Maresme and Costa Brava coastlines.
CANET DE MAR: Canet de Mar is a town of the Maresme region.
Located 40 km north-east of Barcelona and to the south of Girona, you can get there on National Highway II or on the C-32 motorway.
With a population of more than 14,000 inhabitants, Canet offers both residents and visitors a municipality open to the sea and surrounded at the same time by mountains, a beautiful contrast of shades of blues and greens where you can enjoy clean and tranquil beaches in ideal surroundings for walking or cycling in the mountains.
One place that stands out is the Pedracastell hill, from where you are offered the whole of the coastline with impressive views of the region, and the Montnegre-Corredor, which forms part of the Serralada Litoral or coastal mountain range, which includes the Valley of Canet and protects the whole of the region and gives it such a privileged climate.
Apart from enjoying the excellent climate, the extensive beaches more than two and a half kilometres long and deep forests surrounding the municipality, Canet de Mar is the town where there is most modernist heritage in the least space.
Canet was home to the architect, teacher, artist, politician and humanist Lluís Domènech i Montaner.

Wohnung und Lage der Wohnung, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung, viele Ausflugsziele im Umkreis von 50 km.
Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
Keine ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten an der Unterkunft, längere Wege waren häufig notwendig.
Sehr kleines Badezimmer.
