The step-free interior penthouse is located in La Manga just a short 20 meter walk from the beach.
The apartment has a double beachfront (both to the Mediterranean and Mar Menor). The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
