This spacious house stands out because of the cozy dining table and lounge area on the terrace by the private pool.
The house has 3 bedrooms and a separate apartment with another bedroom.
In total there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning/heating. Classification This holidayhouse consists of the main part and an apartment with separate entrance. Main section layout This villa was renovated at the end of 2024 and has 2 new kitchens and 3 new bathrooms. The bright living room has IP-TV (all channels in the world), DVD/CD player with USB connection.
In the living room there is a sitting area and a large dining table.
The sliding doors give access to one of the terraces. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker and iron. Outside under a canopy there is a washing machine. Spacious bedroom with double bed, sliding doors with access to terrace and fan.
