Located just 300 m from Burriana Beach in Nerja, this holiday apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The villa was renovated at the end of 2023 and now features a modern kitchen and a new bathroom.
The 39 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 children, a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, outdoor grill and washing machine), 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
It accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, as the sofa bed may be too narrow for 2 adults. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The apartment has a private outdoor area with a pool (open all year), open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower.
The pool area is stylishly furnished for dining and sunbathing and also has a party tent. The property is a 10-minute walk from the center of Nerja.
Free street parking is available.
Pets are not allowed.
The property has no steps inside. An extra bed for a third and fourth guest can be provided for an additional fee. A cot and high chair can also be requested for a fee. Please note that at the time of your visit, there may be government regulations regarding water usage that affect the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water use.

The Apartment is quite small. For 2 it was ok. I tried to sleep on the sofa-which is not recommandable because of fridge Sound…
