Following a flight of stairs, one is led to the top floor of the building where the apartment is located.
The interior consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living dining area, one spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and mosquito netting on the exterior sliding door which gives access to the exterior terrace.
A spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Air conditioning units are installed in the living area and the bedroom, and an electric heater is installed in the bathroom.
The perfect property for a short escape or a long-term stay in Cómpeta.
The television is available in English, Spanish, French, and German. The property also benefits from a large private terrace that wraps around the apartment, offering a seating area, a jacuzzi, and a gas barbecue perfect for enjoying the Spanish sun. Fantastic views of the village and mountains surround the terrace area. Access to a superior, communal terrace is also available, equipped with seating, sunloungers, and a barbecue area.

This shared space is open 24 hours, does not have a bathroom, and is accessed by stairs. Private parking within the garage is also available upon request and for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed.
