Enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by nature at "Finca Las Nuevas Casa Maria Arriba". The cozy apartment welcomes you in the Andalusian municipality of Álora in southern Spain.
It is 50m² in size and consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a high chair. From the living room you can access the large furnished and partially covered terrace overlooking the garden and the surrounding mountain landscape.
Here you can relax with a good book, eat together or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In the shared outdoor area of the complex, which includes 5 houses of one owner, you will also have access to a large pool, a Jacuzzi and another large terrace with seating and outdoor barbecue. The center of Álora, where you can find numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and stores, can be reached by car in about half an hour (10km). The nearest supermarket is a 23-minute drive (8.8km) from the accommodation.
To the nearest beach (Guadalmar Beach) it is about 48 minutes drive (36km). Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
The hot tub can be used from October to March for a fee. A washer and dryer are also available for a fee. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Parties are not allowed.
