Located in Puerto del Carmen, the villa Villa Sheila has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
This villa impresses with its pristine outdoor area as well as the tasteful bedrooms, two of which lead out onto balconies with a seating area to enjoy the sunshine.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, portable fans, a washing machine as well as a satellite television with sports channels RTE 1 and 2.
A baby cot is also available for an extra fee. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool area with sun loungers, a heated pool, a grill and a dining area.
There is also a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony. The beach Playa Blanca can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (680m).
The nearest restaurant is reachable on foot in under 3 minutes (176m).
The nearest bars and supermarket can be reached in 3-5 minutes on foot (300m) while the next café can be reached in 5-8 minutes on foot (500m).
The Lanzarote Airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car (9km). Free parking is available on the street. An extra bed can be provided for a fee. Pets, parties and events are not allowed. There is a safety gate available for families with small children around the pool that can be removed.
