The luxurious apartment ‘Marina La Duquesa Beach Resort Apa’ is centrally located in Puerto Duquesa, just a stone’s throw away from the beach.
It consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) and an extra toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a television, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The property features a private balcony and a shared garden and common area with 4 shared pools and 2 paddle tennis courts.
There is also a private open terrace with seating furniture where guests can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the views. Thanks to the convenient location of the apartment, all the essentials are just a short walk away.
The nearest restaurant is just 2 minutes away on foot (180 m) and the nearest supermarket is only 160 m away.
Many bars, cafes and restaurants can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The stunning Playa de Las Gaviotas is only a 3-minute walk away (280 m). Gibraltar airport is only 36 minutes away by car (34.6 km). Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
The property has a garage available for parking. Pets, parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. No other people than the ones on the reservation are allowed in the apartment. Elevator and step-free access. During the summer season from June to September, there are four swimming pools available for guest use, their opening hours are subject to lifeguard attendance and are displayed at each pool entrance.

This apartment and the location is superb. I cant fault anything. Immaculate in everyway. Will be returning soon.
I enjoyed it all. The only thing I could say is maybe the host could leave water for the guests when they arrive.
Maybe even a small welcome pack.
