Additional amenities include A/C (available in 4 of the 5 rooms, where there is a ceiling fan.) WiFi, standing fans a tennis table area and a flatscreen TV. The outdoor area surrounding the villa has everything you need for a relaxing escape.
Enjoy the well-kept orchard and gardens and admire the impressive sea and mountain views from the terrace.
The terrace is complete with a covered dining area.
Spend the day sunbathing on the sun loungers and evenings cooking homemade meals on the grill as the sun disappears behind the mountains. The nearest beach of Cala Baladrar is a 5-minute drive from the villa (2 km). The nearest cafes, bars and restaurants are a 3-10 minute drive away (1-5 km). Wij waren hier vroeg in het jaar, rond april/mei. Helaas was het zwembad niet verwarmd. Wel een hele toffe buitenkeuken.
Bij mooi weer en je 'buiten kunt leven' is het een toffe huis om te verblijven.
De huismeesters en de eigenaar hebben ons vriendelijk te woord gestaan en zaken zo goed mogelijk meegedacht in oplossingen als dit nodig was.
Onze kinderen hadden helaas geen wifi dat was wel jammer. Het zwembad was niet verwarmd en voor de tijd van het jaar daarmee te koud.

das haus hat einen schönen pool und das haus war sauber
Die Markise und die Sonnenschirme waren kaputt,nicht so gut bei dem Wetter. Bei Grill
fehlten so viele Metallstäbe das das Fleisch durchfiel.Am Haus durfte man die Holzverdunkelung an den Fenstern
nicht öffnen da sie sonst runterfielen.Eis fehlte schon.Als wir das am 2 Tag dem Verwalter sagten war die Antwort.
Der eigentümer weiss bescheid.wir haben uns dann billige Sonnenschirme gekauft

This villa is really a nice place to stay, quite, green, good spaces for all of us. The place is even better than the photos, and with the pool and the beach all of us had a great time.
