The 110m² Gran Apartamento en Puerto is located in Puerto Pollensa, a seaside resort in northern Majorca.
The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, a DVD player, and a washing machine.
Children are allowed and a highchair and a baby bed are available (upon request). Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea and mountain view from their balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the covered terrace, both for private use.
The outdoor area also features a private grill. The apartment is just a 2 to 5 minute (600 m to 2 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues clustered along the seafront.
The apartment is just a 1 to 5 minute (550 m to 3.5 km) drive from the beautiful Platja d'Albercutx and Cala Boquer beaches.
Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Val de Boquer and Cala Sant Vicenc hiking areas just 3 to 12 minutes (1.5 to 9.5 km) by car from the apartment.
Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Pollensa Golf Course just a 15 minute (12.5 km) drive from the apartment.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 53 minute (67 km) drive from the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property.
