The Residence Condor welcomes you with the Gitschberg apartment in a dreamlike location in Meransen with magnificent panoramic views of the Eisack Valley, Pustertal Valley and the Dolomites.
From here you can stop at one of the 30 rustic alpine huts, ski in the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area or go on a hike or mountain bike tour.
The modern apartment, furnished with lots of wood, has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 adults and one child.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation provides a crib and toys on request.
Washing machine and dryer are also available on request for a fee. On your private balcony, you can wind down the evenings with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
In the shared area of Residence Condor guests will find a sauna to relax in (available for an extra fee), a beautiful communal garden with a large lawn and an open terrace.
There is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals while the children romp on the playground (slide, climbing tower, sandbox). Due to the excellent location, you will find all stores for daily needs in the immediate vicinity to the accommodation, including a bakery (350 m), a grocery market (210 m) and a restaurant and bar (300 m).
A public swimming pool is just a 6-minute walk away (450 m).
In winter you can easily reach the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area at 2,107 m with the 8-person cable car (7 km). Parking is available on the property. Bicycles can be rented on site. There is also a ski storage room.
