The Hofer Silena Apartment in Villabassa (Niederdorf), at the heart of the Puster Valley in the Dolomites – South Tyrol, offers a spacious and comfortable 70 m² space, ideal for up to 6 guests seeking nature, hiking, and relaxation.
The apartment features a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, as well as fast Wi-Fi and a TV. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the panoramic balcony, and unwind in the shared garden.
A washing machine is available in the basement for an extra fee. Please read the instructions before use. Thanks to its central yet quiet location in Villabassa, restaurants, bars, a bakery, supermarkets, and the Kurpark with Kneipp area and playground are all within walking distance. May and June are perfect for a South Tyrol getaway: blooming alpine meadows, pleasant temperatures, and more peace than in high season.
The apartment is an ideal base for hiking, trekking, and cycling in the Dolomites, with famous destinations like Lake Braies, the Three Peaks of Lavaredo, and many scenic trails in the Puster Valley easily accessible. Free parking is available.

Die Wohnung Silena entspricht exakt den Fotos, ist sehr hochwertig renoviert und ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Toll sind die 2 Bäder, die Küche incl. der Ausstattung!
Die Lage mitten im Dorf ist zentral, der Ort selber ideal für Langläufer und Skifahrer: hier fährt der Zug regelmäßig zu den Skigebieten.
Es gibt lediglich 2 Verbesserungsvorschläge von uns:
Müslischalen wären toll und
ein Topper auf der doch etwas harten Matratze hätte uns noch traumhafter schlafen lassen...

Apartamento bem bom, em ótima localidade.
Próximo ao Lago di Braies e outras cidades como Dobbiaco e San Candido.
Tem espaço para estacionar o carro bem na frente e restaurante e cafeteria bem perto e são ótimos.
Um pouco difícil de encontrar o apartamento mesmo com as rotas do Google Maps.

Superbe. Appartement , Bonn e situationPar contre les échanges sont tres compliqués .trois interlocuteurs différents qui demandent la même chose , vous ne savez plus où vous en êtes .et chaque fois il vous renvoie le même mail au lieu de dire si tout est ok ou préciser ce qu’il manque Vraiment pas simple
