The 180m2 Ca la Pradina is located in Pollença, a small town in the northern part of the island of Majorca in Spain's sunny Balearic Islands.
The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a DVD player, satellite television, and a washing machine.
Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).
Guests can enjoy the view from their balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the open terrace, both for private use.
The outdoor area also has a pool and a grill, for private use as well.
The apartment is just a 5 minute (1 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues.
The apartment is just a 13 minute (8.5 km) drive from such beautiful beaches as the Playa del Port de Pollença and the Platja Cala Barques.
Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Puig de Maria and the La Mola hiking areas, just a 3 to 10 minute (1 to 7.5 km) drive from the apartment.
Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic 18-hole Pollença Golf Club just 6 minutes (3.5 km) by car from the apartment.
The Pollença area currently has 162 cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain landscape.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 43 minute (60 km) drive from the apartment.
Street parking is available.

Great location, great pool! Nice bedrooms (the three upstairs).
Please note that the room downstairs is really really small for 2 people and does not have a window outwards. No clima, just a fan. So I would recommend not to stay with two persons in this room.

A lovely, clean and spacious property for a family holiday. Great pool, lots of amenities and most importantly, a quiet accommodation. Host was helpful too and popped over on the first morning to check everything was ok.
My advice would be not to try and park on the streets next to the property as there is limited parking and lots of one-way systems. Best thing to do is drive straight to one of the large car parks and walk the 4 minutes. We’d worked this out after a few days and saved the time/effort looking for an on-road space.

The location of the villa and the pool. The host was very friendly and dealt with any minor issues promptly.
No air con in downstairs bedroom (ceiling fan only)
