The detached holiday home, built in 1975 and renovated in 2005, is rustically furnished.
The property is popular due to its view of the lake and its quiet and sunny hillside location in the woods and by the water.
Available for exclusive use: sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.
