On a hilltop with the two large sea bays of Alcúdia and Pollenca below and the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range next to it, Villa "Oscols" welcomes you in the middle of a 360000 m² property in the northeast of Mallorca.
The luxurious vacation home, consisting of a main house and an outbuilding, is rustically to artistically furnished in the dignified style of Mallorcan country houses.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms as well as 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people.
Due to the closed living units, you can spend your vacations here together with friends and family and still do not have to give up your privacy.
Additional amenities of the child-friendly vacation home include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a TV with Playstation 2 and Wii, as well as a washing machine, while a baby crib and a high chair are available on request.
Another highlight is the game room with fitness equipment, billiards and table football.
Outside, a magnificent garden and a large, partially covered terrace with a pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor barbecue, a ping-pong table, a large dining table and a number of comfortable seating areas await you.
Children can splash around in the shallow end of the pool or let off steam in the playground.
Alcúdia beach is a 10-minute drive from the accommodation.
There are also a number of restaurants near the beach and in the town center, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car.
The nearest supermarket is an 8-minute drive (5km) from the accommodation.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
There is also a garage for your car.
Pets are not allowed.

Fantastic old fashioned villa with exceptional 270 degree views. 5 star facilities, masses of seating and eating areas, brilliant WiFi, very well equipped kitchen, b’cue area, paella pan etc. Whole property excellently managed.

Diese Finca ist ein Traum. Super gelegen, mit viel Ruhe ringsherum und einem tollen Panorama. Die Stadt/Strand ist auch nicht weit weg.

We were a family party of 16, 8 adults and 8 children including a 5month old baby. We were all comfortably accommodated. The facilities provided were excellent and we had a splendid family holiday.
