The "BELVEDERE" apartment is located in the village of Gonnesa, in southwest Sardinia, just a few minutes' drive from the white sandy coast.
It offers a beautiful private outdoor area with a garden and terrace.
The 150 m² apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower), accommodating up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV, air conditioning in one bedroom, and a washing machine.
Heating is provided by a pellet stove in the kitchen.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed with air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3: king-size bed.
On the private terrace, both open and covered, with a garden, you will find comfortable chairs and loungers to enjoy the afternoon sun.
You can prepare delicious grilled meals and end the day with a glass of wine.
A wide range of restaurants, bars, cafés, and supermarkets can be reached in 2–4 minutes by car.
The sandy Fontanamare beach is just 6 minutes away by car (4 km).
The area offers many attractions, including the village of Seruci with a nuraghe, a hut village, and a rock tomb (8 minutes by car), the Santa Barbara cave, an ancient cave with a small lake (11 minutes by car), and Monte San Giovanni, offering panoramic views of the countryside and sea (8 minutes by car).
Cagliari is less than 1 hour away by car (68 km), and the airport is about 45 minutes away (60 km).

propriétaires serviables mais location manquant d'entretien ( serrure difficile à ouvrir, porte-fenêtre dure à manoeuvrer, soucis de plomberie... ), extérieur peu soigné. Attention beaucoup de vent dans la région, qui rend la baignade compliquée 40 % du temps !
