The 90m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, an iron and a whirlpool, while a high chair is available on request. In the communal outdoor area, you can enjoy a small garden and a terrace with a brick barbecue and rustic seating made of tree trunks.

Here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountains while sipping a glass of good Italian wine. The shore of Lago di Como can be reached in 4 minutes on foot (260m).

There are also a number of restaurants along the lakeshore, which can be reached in less than 7 minutes on foot.

Among the main attractions of the village are two churches, located 400m and 800m from the accommodation.

Another highlight is the cable car, an 8-minute walk away, which connects Argegno with the village of Pigra, located on a high relief.

The nearest supermarket can be reached in 9 minutes (5.1km) by car. One parking space is available on the property and other parking spaces on the street. Pets are allowed. No A/C. A tourist tax applies per person/night. There is a construction site next door and the view of the lake is obstructed by this but the livability of the apartments and outdoor space is not compromised.
