The charming holiday apartment "Latemar" on the fruit farm "Wernerhof" is located at an altitude of 750 m in Glaning (Cologna), just outside Bolzano (250 m altitude) in South Tyrol.
The 45 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request. The apartment features a furnished balcony with a wonderful view of Bolzano and the surrounding mountains.
There is also a shared garden with barbecue facilities and a playground for children.
The nearest supermarket can be reached in 11 minutes by car (7 km) in Bolzano, and the picturesque city centre is 12 minutes away.
There, you can stroll through narrow alleys and enjoy the many cafés, restaurants, and beautiful architecture.
Runkelstein Castle is 7.5 km away, and there are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the area.
The nearest ski lifts are 25 to 40 minutes away by car. The famous spa town of Merano is 40 minutes or 36 km away by car. Parking is available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
A washing machine is available for a fee. The accommodation is powered by solar energy.
Homemade jams, herbs, and products are available. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment as you found it. Upon departure, we will take a quick look at the apartment.
If the apartment is not left in proper condition, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Het uitzicht is prachtig! Alles was schoon in huis en redelijk nieuw. Aardige gastvrouw en heer. Prima bed, ruime badkamer en alles aanwezig. Je kunt gebruik maken van de grote tuin met o.a. ligstoelen. Met de Bozencard kun je gratis gebruik maken van het heerlijke zwembad in Jenesien waar je voor een goede prijs kon drinken en wat kleins eten.
De wifi viel regelmatig uit.

Abbiamo alloggiato dal 22/12 al 28/12 ...siamo stati benissimo , casa pulita e accogliente ...super vista , tranquillità assoluta ..i padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili e disponibili ...ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Werner Hof was our best stay in Italy! The host, Gabby, was very kind and welcoming. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved the view of Bolzano from the balcony. Gabby was kind enough to let us roam around the yard and even feed her pigs. I usually say I will not visit the same place twice but...
