At Florerhof in the village of Völs am Schlern, you will find the charming holiday apartment "Flieder" in a popular holiday destination at the foot of the Seiser Alm at an altitude of 880 m. From the village, you enjoy a wonderful view of the Schlern and the Santner peak.
The apartment, furnished in Alpine style, features a well-equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and accommodates five people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi. The child-friendly accommodation provides you with a cot and a high chair.
In the summer months, you can relax in the shared garden on sun loungers while your children play on the lawn.
You can also spend relaxing hours in the shared sauna (available for an additional fee). Thanks to the central location, you reach a good selection of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets as well as two bakeries within a three to eight minute walk (250-700 m). The apartment is the perfect starting point for nature lovers: the swimming lake "Völser Weiher" can be reached in nine minutes by car (4.4 km). Several hiking trails and nature parks are also nearby, including the Völser Weiher hiking trail and the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park.
In winter, you can reach the Seiser Alm ski station in seven minutes by car. Other ski areas such as Seceda are about 63 minutes away by car (35.2 km). The nearest airport is 118 km away and can be reached in about one hour and 45 minutes by car. You can park your car in the new underground garage.

Große Tiefgarage, Hofladen mit frischem Joghurt und Marmelade sowie ein super bequemes Bett.
Wir hatten leider immer viele Fliegen in der Wohnung, da an Badfenster und vor allem an der Balkontür das Insektenschutzgitter fehlt. Das WLAN war eine Katastrophe…

Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Tolle Wohnungsausstattung, super bequeme Betten und liebe- und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Der Blick vom Balkon war wunderschön. Auch haben wir uns über die Sauna gefreut sowie den kleinen Selbstbedienungskühlschrank unten im Haus. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder!
