At Florerhof in the village of Völs am Schlern, you will find the charming holiday apartment "Rose" in a popular holiday destination at the foot of the Seiser Alm at 880 m altitude.
From the village, you enjoy a wonderful view of the Schlern and the Santner peak.
The comfortably furnished holiday apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and accommodates 4 people.
Wi-Fi is available.
The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a cot and a high chair. Start your morning with breakfast on the terrace in your own small garden.
In the summer months, the shared garden invites you to sunbathe on the loungers, while children play on the lawn.
You can also spend relaxing hours in the shared sauna (use of the sauna is possible for a fee). Thanks to the central location, you reach a good selection of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets as well as two bakeries within 3-8 minutes on foot (250-700 m). The holiday apartment is the perfect starting point for nature lovers: the swimming lake "Völser Weiher" is 9 minutes away by car (4.4 km). Several hiking trails and nature parks are also nearby, including the Völser Weiher hiking trail and the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park.
Winter sports enthusiasts reach the "Seiser Alm" ski station in 7 minutes by car, and other ski areas like "Seceda" are about an hour away (35.2 km). The nearest airport is 118 km away and can be reached in about one hour and 45 minutes by car. You can conveniently park your car in the new underground garage.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr durchdacht , viele Ablagen und Schubladen.
Toll war auch die große Tiefgarage.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Einfach nur empfehlenswert 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Wir mussten aus familiären Gründen früher abreisen als geplant 😢

Super Ausstattung und tolle Lage. Wir waren Skifahren auf der Seiser Alm. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein Spar ist Flussläufen von der Unterkunft und es gibt Tiere auf dem Bauernhof zu sehen.
