Not far from the shore of Lake Como, the cozy apartment "Tivano" awaits you in the Italian municipality of Argegno.

The 60m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV and an iron, while a high chair is available on request. From the living room, you can access the private terrace, which is equipped with a dining table and offers you a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.

Available as well is a shared outdoor area, which is equipped with a brick barbecue and rustic seating made of tree trunks.

Here you can dine together and toast your vacation with a glass of good Italian wine. The shore of Lago di Como can be reached in 4 minutes on foot (260m).

There are also a number of restaurants along the lakeshore, which can be reached in less than 7 minutes on foot.

Among the main attractions of the village are two churches, located 400m and 800m from the accommodation.

Another highlight is the cable car, an 8-minute walk away, which connects Argegno with the village of Pigra, located on a high relief.

The nearest supermarket can be reached in 9 minutes (5.1km) by car. One parking place is available on the property and other parking places on the street.

There is a construction site next door and the view of the lake is obstructed by this but the livability of the apartments and outdoor space is not compromised.
