Situated on the first floor, it is completely private—perfect for those seeking comfort and privacy. The spacious living room opens onto a balcony and features a desk ideal for working on a PC. The kitchen-dining area and bathroom are roomy and fully equipped.
There is also a laundry room. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms with wardrobes and a selection of extra pillows for added comfort.
A high chair and crib are available for families with young children. Amenities include air conditioning with heating in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, 43" TV, NETFLIX, electric vehicle charging point, board games, Alexa, Nespresso coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, smoke and CO2 detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
