Welcome to the perfect 34 sqm apartment just a 5-minute walk from the famous Barceloneta beach, metro station, market, and conveniently close to everything in the City Center and Old Town.
This tastefully renovated, bright, and elegant apartment is housed in a historic building, offering a blend of modern comfort and historic charm. We strive to ensure your stay is pleasant and comfortable.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and all amenities are prepared and in working order.
However, please note that we do not provide typical hotel services such as breakfast, room service, or airport pick-up.
Basic supplies such as coffee, sugar, salt, and oil are also not included.
You will find a couple of rolls of toilet paper, cutlery, crockery, a coffee maker, a microwave, and bed linen and towels provided for your convenience. Please be aware that water and electricity bills are not included in the rental price. For check-in times: - An extra late arrival charge of 30 Eur applies for arrivals after 20:00 (8 pm). - For arrivals after 00:00 (12 am), the extra late arrival charge is 50 Eur. - There is always an additional charge of 30 Eur for arrivals on holidays and Sundays.
