The villa "Ca Dei Gruppi" in Moconesi occupies a completely renovated, family-owned building dating back partly to the 14th and partly to the 16th centuries, and creates a memorable setting for your stay.
This tastefully designed 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 7 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls and available both in indoor and outdoor areas), a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV in each bedroom, a fan, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.
A private gym and gym equipment are also available on the premises.
A high chair and 2 baby cots are provided.
Moreover, there are 2 fireplaces - one in the living room and the other one in the on-site tavern. This villa offers a range of private outdoor amenities: a whirlpool, a garden, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces, 4 balconies, a barbecue, and a playground. EASILY REACHABLE LOCATIONS - Coastal area of Chiavari/Lavagna/Sestri Levante/Rapallo/Santa Margherita/Portofino and their equipped beaches. - Genoa with its historic center, the aquarium and its port. - The Cinque Terre for which we recommend the train from Sestri Levante (single ticket for all stations) or the boat from Lavagna. - Santo Stefano D'Aveto and its ski lifts and its splendid mountains. - From the house you can go directly up to Mount Caucasus or alternatively go with the car to Barbagelata and take the easier mule track to the top. - For bike enthusiasts, a cycle path along the river leads up to Lavagna/Chiavari. - A free-use tennis court is located 100 meters from the house. - In Terrarossa Colombo, a hamlet of the municipality of Moconesi, there is the house of the ancestors of Christopher Columbus. - Banks: the nearest bank with an ATM is in Ferrada (3 km from the house) near the traffic light. - Butchers, bakeries, greengrocers etc., we recommend shopping in Gattorna (5km). A small Doro supermarket is in Ferrada near the traffic lights.
A great Ipercoop supermarket is located in Carasco. - Post office in Ferrada centre. - Closest pharmacy in Ferrada. - Electric car charging closest to Ferrada, also many points throughout the Valley. 4 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoking is not permitted on this property. Air conditioning is not available. An electric vehicle charging station is available. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. The property has a motorbike and bicycle storage.
