Located in the heart of Ciutadella de Menorca right on the coast, Villa Payu is the perfect place for a fun island getaway.
This beautiful villa features a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 guest toilet, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a DVD player and TV, a washing machine, and a cot and high chair available on request. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Your private outdoor area has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast on the balcony.
Then head to the garden and soak up the morning sun on the loungers by your private pool.
In the evening, enjoy a meal on the terrace prepared on your barbecue. With such a central location, everything you need is right at your doorstep.
You can walk to various markets, cafés, bars, and restaurants in just 5 minutes (500 m). The nearest beach is only a 5-minute walk away (600 m). The marina is a 10-minute walk (750 m), perfect for a stroll along the waterfront.
Or drive to Pont d'en Gil in 10 minutes (5 km) and admire the stunning views of the cliffs and sea. Parking is available on the property.

No me gustaron tres cosas:
- Que no se pudiera abrir la claraboya del baño para ventilar.
- Que la casa oliera mucho a cerrado y a humedad cuando llegamos.
- Que no hubiera en la cocina más que una toalla para todo (manos y cacharros) ni papel de cocina (de hecho tuvimos que comprar servilletas de p...

Toni!!! Ein sehr sympathischer, hilfsbereiter Mann!
Die Beschreibung der Ausstattungsmerkmale muss(!) aktualisiert werden!
Es gibt z.B. kein 2. Bad. Das 2. Bad hat vor Jahren mal existiert, aber die Duscharmatur wurde demontiert!
Das Mobiliar ist arg in die Jahre gekommen! Es passt einfach nicht zu dem Haus, der Anlage und schon gar nicht zur Beschre...
