The rustically furnished apartment Al Agave sotto is located in Toscolano Maderno, a quiet residential area which is immersed in nature.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fans and a television.
The property features a balcony with seating furniture where you can drink your morning coffee in the sun while enjoying the beautiful mountain and lake views.
Guests also have access to a shared grill for cooking delicious meals outside. Despite the peaceful location of the apartment, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away.
If you don’t feel like cooking, there is a restaurant about 5 minutes away from the apartment on foot (approx. 200 m). The nearest supermarket is a 3-minute drive away in Bogliaco (1 km), where you will also find a larger selection of shops and restaurants.
The shores of the lovely Garda Lake are also just 3 minutes away by car (750 m). Golf enthusiasts should definitely check out Bogliaco Golf Club, just a 4-minute drive away (1.5 km). Verona airport is 1 hour 10 minutes away by car (67.5 km). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Cost of 7 euros per cubic metre of gas for heating to be paid on site. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb in den Weinbergen mit einem fantastischen Blick über den See. Ausstattung ist ansprechend und ausreichend jedoch ausbaufähig. Wlan funktioniert tadellos. Eine Pizzeria mit sehr gutem Essen ist fußläufig in der Nähe. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging reibungslos per WhatsApp.
Wenn ein Backofen in der Küche schon vorhanden ist, sollte dieser auch angeschlossen sein.

Das Haus hat einen tollen Blick über den See und ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Der Kontakt Romina war sehr unkompliziert, hilfreich und freundlich.
