Tæt på alting, godt cykelområde, tæt på restauranter og indkøb. Huset ligger i første række på stranden.
4 Strandstole som kunne bruges på stranden. Bedre køkkenknive, sofabord.

Meget tæt på strand, by og spisemuligheder. Dejlig udsigt fra altanen.
Mulighed for parkering inden for aflåst port.
Der er en del støj om aftenen fra diverse spisesteder og shopping (men det er en del af pakken :-))
