Molino Son Moll is a one-of-a-kind 180-year-old Mallorcan farmhouse, lovingly restored to blend authentic historic character with modern comforts — think centuries-old thick stone walls, genuine architectural charm, and all the amenities you need for a memorable stay.
The Mediterranean vacation home is located in Cala Ratjada, close to the beach.
This home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, and a TV. The property also offers a baby cot and a highchair upon request.
Outside, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the private terraces and the covered patio, relax in the garden with deck chairs, or take a swim in the pool.
You can also enjoy a barbeque.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
Pets are allowed.
A supermarket is just a 7-minute walk from the property (500 m). The nearest restaurant is a 9-minute walk from the property (800 m); a wider variety of restaurants are a 4-minute drive away (approx. 2 km). The closest beach, Playa Son Moll, is only 130 m away.
The Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 39-minute drive (46 km) away.
Bed linens, towels, and toiletries are included.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds.
Please note: as an authentic 180-year-old building, the guest WC is located under the staircase and has a lower ceiling height.
The two main bathrooms have standard door heights.

Beautiful traditional Spanish family home, excellent facilities and great location near to beach and restaurants. The owners could not be more friendly, helpful and kind. We loved everything about it.
