The cozy studio apartment Iluna is located in Fischbach, a suburban area of Friedrichshafen, and is only a short walk from the shore of Lake Constance. The 60 m² apartment is accessible via elevator and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a Smart TV. A child bed, a baby bed, highchair as well as toys and books for children can be provided for you on prior request. The spacious and furnished balcony offers space for up to 4 people to enjoy their morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The building features a supermarket, which you can easily reach via the elevator. Cafés, restaurants and a bakery are within a few minutes on foot (250-600m), and the train station is just across the street. From there, you can also reach the centre of Friedrichshafen in only 8 minutes. After a mere 6-minute walk (500 m), you will get to the sandy beach, which is connected to an outdoor pool area. Many ice-cream parlors, cafés, a playground and the marina are ligned up along the shore of Fischbach, where also a number of festivities take place regularly. From the centre of Friedrichshafen as well as from the neighbouring town of Immenstaad, you can take ferries across the lake to the charming town of Konstanz and also to the Swiss side. During the winter season, even skiing is possibile - the nearest skiing areas being within 30 minutes by car.
