The 44m2 vacation home "Erve Come una Volta" is located in Erve, an old village nestled amidst the quiet of the mountains in northern Italy's Lombardy region.
The vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
The apartment is on two levels: You enter the kitchen and the living room from the garden and then descend a spiral staircase into the bedroom and bathroom area.
The apartment is built on the side of a small hill and the entrance is on the ground floor but the downstairs bedroom is not underground but has a window and plenty of sunlight and opens onto the ground floor.
The home is suitable for children.
Guests can take in the spectacular mountain view from the small balcony in the back of the home and relax outdoors in the furnished garden, which is a shared feature, but part of it is reserved for guests of the property.
The outdoor area also has a private grill reserved for guests of the property.
The home is an 8 to 25 minute (4 to 10 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues in the Lake Garlate area.
The home is 19 minutes (9 km) from Taxi beach on Lake Garlate.
You can climb the trails to Monte Magnodeno, the famous Monte Resegone to the Azzoni hut or hike the Vie del Viandante.
The Erve area has a variety of cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain and lake landscape.
Bergamo Airport is 50 minutes (38 km) by car from the home. -Pets are not allowed -1 parking space is available on the property close to Erve town center.
Guests can walk up a mule trail and a small staircase then leads to the house in the old part of the town -Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available
