The cozy vacation home awaits you in the municipality of Muravera, known for its aromatic citrus fruits, on the southeast coast of Sardinia.
It is 50m² in size and consists of a living room, a small kitchenette, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities of the vacation home include air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine.
From the covered terrace you can enjoy the view to the sea.
In the shared outdoor area you will also find a barbecue.
The popular Costa Rei with its miles of white sandy beach is within 11 minutes (1km) walking distance.
Other dream beaches stretch along the coast and can be reached by car in less than 30 minutes.
A number of restaurants are also within an 8-10 minute walk from the accommodation.
The nearest supermarket can be reached in 9 minutes (800m) on foot.
The capital Cagliari and the airport are a one-hour drive (64km) away. Pets are allowed Parking spaces are available on the property Bicycles are available on request
