The luxurious Villa Moliner is located in a quiet residential area outside of Pollença, near to the Albufereta nature reserve.
The 275 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
The property also has a library.
The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, an iPod docking station and a washing machine.
A baby bed and a highchair are available upon request.
The property features a large private garden and a pool with a built-in jacuzzi.
There is also both a covered and an uncovered terrace where guests can relax, enjoy the fresh air and even cook a delicious meal on the grill.
There is also a pond in the garden.
A selection of restaurants and shops can be found just 13 minutes away by car in the town-centre of Pollença (8 km), or 13 minutes away in Alcúdia (7.9 km). Many sandy beaches can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car, including the stunning Alcúdia beach, just a 15-minute drive away (9.2 km). Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are only 48 minutes away by car (61.9 km). Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
