The apartment Appartamento 3 is located in the picturesque village center of Nesso, just a short walk from the shore of Lake Como.
The historic village center impresses with the waterfall Orrido di Nesso, which plunges beautifully into the lake.
The stylishly furnished apartment with lake and mountain views has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine and air conditioning. In the private outdoor area, you will find a covered balcony with a table and chairs.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast here in the morning against a beautiful backdrop, or a glass of wine at sunset in the evening with views of the lake and mountains. A small shared pool is available from 1st June to 30th August. Within 450-800 meters from the property you will find stores, cafes and restaurants (including the nearby restaurant Briisa da Ness), and also the bridge "Ponte della Civera" with the waterfall, one of the most famous tourist views of Lake Como, is just a short walk away.
From Nesso you can take the ferry to the following places on the lake: Bellagio, Villa Carlotta, Tremezzo, Abbazia di Piona.
Within 30 minutes by car (17,5 km) you can reach Como, and after a 20-minute drive (13 km) to Loppia you can swim at the beautiful public beaches with a great mountain panorama.
Bellagio is only 34 minutes away by car (20 km).
The city of Milan can be explored after a 70-minute drive (65 km). Free covered parking is available on the property. Pets, smoking in the apartment and noise after midnight are prohibited. The property has a step-free interior and wide doors.

Very well situated property, close to a range of amenities. This includes a shop, bars/restaurants, and convenient access to a bus route that operates between Como and Bellagio - making this property ideal for anyone visiting without access to a car.
The flat was very clean, and features a balcony with a stunning view. Our host was also very friendly and informative.

Sehr ansprechende saubere Wohnung, ohne Schnickschnack. Ausstattung perfekt. Wohlfühlen mit Blick auf See. Kaffee und Essen auf der Terrasse genießen. Schön ruhig, mit Ausnahme der aber keinesfalls störenden Kirchturmuhr. Pool ist das "Bonbon". Auto kann man gut stehen lassen, was auf den italienischen Straßen sicher Nerven spart. Busverbindungen sind gut. Wir waren begeistert.
