Information about the host The Alpenblüte, located at the beautiful Kurpark in Reit im Winkl.
After opening in July 2021, the Alpenblüte offers space for 7 holiday flats in modern country house style including design-loving details with mountain views from all flats.
The flats have cable TV and free wifi in all rooms.
You have the possibility to cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchens and enjoy your morning coffee with the available Cafissimo capsule machines.
The immediate village centre, with many restaurant & cafes, is a few minutes walk away.
In addition, all flats have neighbourhood guides and recommendations for the best swimming lakes, hikes or cycling routes in the Chiemgau and neighbouring Tyrol.

This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee.
Environment description Reit im Winkl climatic health resort: According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health.
Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts.
For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool.
The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district.
The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern.
In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.
About the host With our in-house e-bikes, you have the opportunity to stay active even on holiday and explore the surrounding mountains.
The ski bus is only a few minutes' walk away and takes you to the Winklmoos-Alm valley station in just under 10 minutes.
From here, you can take the gondola directly to the Winklmoos-Alm-Steinplatte ski area.

Alternatively from Austria: on the motorway A93, exit Oberaudorf via Kössen to Reit im Winkl (no vignette required) to Reit im Winkl by train: the best connection by train: by Deutsche Bahn to Prien am Chiemsee station, there change to the ROV bus line 9505 to Reit im Winkl.

Die Wohnung und das gesamte Haus waren super gepflegt, sehr sauber und modern/stilvoll ausgestattet! Die Betreiber waren jederzeit erreichbar und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Die Lage der Wohnungen perfekt zum Wandern und sehr ruhig.
Eine glatte 10/10 insgesamt!
