On the ground floor, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, a living room with a comfortable sofa set and two bathrooms with shower.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms – one with three single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. The air conditioner is located in the staircase. Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather.
If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated. Further details: Fully fenced garden.

If you wish, you can order regional products from your landlord and have them delivered directly to your vacation home. Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed.

The 250-year-old country estate is situated at the very end of the small village of Kraj Drage. Surrounded by a rural landscape, house Filip combines modern décor with a quiet and peaceful setting. If you are searching for a place a little off the beaten track, this property should be your choice. The house consists of three attached buildings. The first attached house is available for rent, while your host family uses the other two parts for their own purposes. For the 2021 season, the interior of the vacation house has been completely renovated and refurnished. The property has a large private swimming pool (12 x 8 m) with sun loungers and a playground with badminton net.

It was a perfect vacation. The house is beautiful and there are many cozy places. It is very quiet in the forest and yet central enough to go on nice excursions. Schöne saubere Unterkunft. Sehr netter Vermieter. Der Pool ist wirklich super schön und groß. Der Vermieter hat uns immer unsere Privatsphäre gegeben. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Kann die schlechten Bewertungen von anderen nicht verstehen! Alles ist wirklich sehr gut!
