This little gem is located on the seafront in the town of Son Serra de la Marina.
Casa Calma is an apartment with a colorful and cheerful style, very Mediterranean.
It has 2 double bedrooms, a complete bathroom with bathtub and a toilet with outdoor shower, living room with flat TV, DVD player, satellite and free Wifi connection.
It also has a 3rd bedroom converted into a study with desk, ideal if you need to work from home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso machine and all kinds of utensils to facilitate your daily tasks.
But its greatest success is undoubtedly its spectacular covered terrace of 25 m2 right at the foot of the Bay of Alcudia.
Furnished with a sofa and a dining area with table and chairs, it is ideal to make the most of it, reading, resting, eating and dining or simply contemplating the most beautiful sunrises of the island.
It has sliding doors to leave it completely closed so it is suitable to live it in any season of the year.
Another terrace, at the front, of about 10 m2 with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers is perfect for sunbathing.
It also has a gas barbecue with volcanic stones.
The third terrace, with shower, is located in the lower part, just at the entrance.
In the basement of the house you will find at your disposal 2 bicycles to enjoy quiet walks in the surroundings of the village.

Son Serra es un lugar ideal para quien busca tranquilidad. La casa tiene unas vistas espectaculares , es muy cómoda y está super limpia
La única cosa que diría a la propiedad es la urgente necesidad de retapizar los sofás, sobre todo el de la terraza. Este suelta trocitos de tapicería negra que obligan a barrer cada rato y dan mala impresión
