On the ground floor: beautiful air-conditioned living room of 35 m², bright with large bay windows overlooking the greenhouse, dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, lounge area with sofas and office space.
Shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet.
Upstairs (staircase with 2 railings): 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (choice of 2x90 or 1x180) (choice of 3x90 or 1x180, 1x90, attic), separate toilet.
Just for you 2 swimming pools available all year round (in the greenhouse, swimming pool with whirlpool (2.5x5m, depth 1.40m, heated); outside, unheated swimming pool, gentle slope to 1.50m deep), outdoor games (molkky, badminton rackets and net, beach rackets, ball), parking with gate, travel cot, high chair.
Share with us: vegetable garden, enclosed and wooded garden.
Bicycles are available free of charge, as well as a charcoal barbecue.
For your comfort, beds will be made ready for your arrival.
Sous la Serre is an unusual gîte on the Valence plain, between Romans-sur-Isère and Crest, not far from the Vercors foothills.
Peaceful setting, not overlooked, adjoining owners' home.
Ideal for exploring the heart of the Drôme. 35 min. from Le Col des Limouches and Léoncel abbey – perfect for outdoor sports enthusiasts (cycling, hiking).
Those interested in heritage will need several days to explore (at the very least): the Tour de Crest (medieval castle keep, 30 min.), tower/fortified gate at Chabeuil (15 min.), town of Valence (20 min.) with its cathedral, Maison des Têtes (Flamboyant Gothic building with sculpted heads) and Pendentif (funerary monument).
After a day's exploring or hiking/cycling you'll be happy to take a dip in the heated indoor pool in spring/autumn or the outdoor pool in summer.

La location est identique aux photos, les piscines sont agréables. La serre est vraiment magnifique, toutes mes félicitations au propriétaire pour ce beau travail. La maison est bien agencée, il y a tout le confort, rien ne manque. C'est un point de départ idéal pour visiter la région.

Certainement le plus beau gîte où nous sommes allés! Cadre enchanteur, propriétaires sympathiques, discrets, prévenants, nous ne tarirons pas d'éloges car tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Nous nous sommes régalés à la piscine, nous reviendrons!!

Sejour au top dans un cadre magnifique . Une chose est sure nous reviendrons . Seule la météo faisait défaut . Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathique . Le gite est idéalement situé . Vraiment parfait . Je recommande à 200%
